The Antal Russia Finance & Accounting practice has a wider coverage than its title suggests: we work on mid-to-senior level positions not only in the finance and accountancy disciplines but also in tax, internal audit and strategy/audit.
We have a great deal of experience working with Finance and Accounting roles and recruit across a variety of positions ranging from Senior Accountants, Financial Analysts up to Finance Directors.
Given the specificities of the Russian law and the obligation to have a Chief Accountant, we have a team dedicated to Accountancy with a strong database of Chief Accountants from various backgrounds (distribution or manufacturing companies, banks, representative offices) and able to work across all industries.
As companies grow bigger and need more personnel to sufficiently resource their finance function, we see the recruitment market expanding in the finance discipline as this is where the demand for qualified personnel will certainly rise in the future. In order to better understand our clients’ needs, our finance consultants focus on specific sectors – the main ones being industrial products & services, consumer products & services and banking.
We have also successfully developed our tax and internal audit team.
