We’ve always driven the principle of our recruiters acting as their own account managers, understanding that the fewer people in the recruitment process, the more efficient it is. We do not employ researchers or sales people who once the sale is made, have no further involvement with the client. We find that this encourages a fair and accurate assessment of challenges, significantly reduces "overpromising" and means you are typically dealing directly with the recruiter who is actually working on your behalf and gives the feedback from candidates.
Fees
Our standard fees are 30% of gross annual salary for pure search and 25% for search and selection. We have a minimum fee.
We are happy to advise whether a contingency (success fee) or retained (engagement fee) approach would be most appropriate.
