The international development company (start-up) looking for AP/AR Accountant.
Duties:
Daily work with local Russia purchase processes (incoming invoices and cost);
Control of fulfillment of Russian tax requirements;
Preparing of some analytical reports for company management;
Accounting of all sales, settlements with customers;
Cost of goods sold;
Prepare and analyse AR Ageing report and other reports;
Work with vendors source documents, invoices, acts and bills;
Ensure that source documents are in compliance with local tax and accounting requirements;
Billing in accordance with the terms of the contracts;
Preparation of the documents supporting sale transaction;
Coordinating with internal accountants and project managers;
Daily accounting payable / receivable function;
Booking any/all incoming and outgoing invoices;
Recoding bank statements.
Requirements:
Higher education (Finance/Accounting degree);
Work experience at least 2 years in accounting (AP and AR areas);
Good knowledge of RAS and local tax legislation;
Good understanding and demonstrated commitment to internal control;
Experienced user of MS Office;
Working English (oral/written);
A pleasant manner and style.
