Due to the high volume of high value deals in the pipeline and continued expansion of the core business, an experienced M&A, ECM banker at Senior Associate or VP level is required to help drive the business forward. You will be the de facto deputy to the head of one of the industry sectors and will be expected to grow as the business further diversifies.

Role requirements:
· Global outlook, working standards from international house
· 4-6 years of experience with an established house
· Closed transactions track list; strong execution skills. Prior origination experience is a plus
· Strong technical and financial modeling skills
· Strong leadership and client-facing skills
· Fluent English and Russian
· Proactive and reliable
Responsibilities:
· Lead execution and help originating M&A, ECM deals
· Support MD and manage junior colleagues
