RESPONSIBILITIES
The increase of quantity and quality of service, commissioning and upgrades of Automated Control Systems for Branded Processing Units
1) Customer’s support in eliminating problems in operation of processing units control systems
2) Support of Field Service Engineers in all issues related to BPU automation
3) Support of Process Automation Engineers in integration of BPU’s
4) Support of Sales and Technical Sales in relation of BPU’s automation
5) Implementation or coordination of upgrade projects for processing units
6) Determine the cost of works and equipment related to automatic facilities on the preliminary design stage
7) Conduct works on provision of hardware and/or software for the Company’s projects:
- works out structural layouts of Processing Unit automatic systems;
- verifies and corrects the technical description for upgrades of BPU control systems;
- works out the project in detail in order to prepare documentation on electricity, specifications for ordering the required equipment, applied programs for processing equipment operation
8) Elaborate independently projects, including PLC and HMI programming, preparation of assembly documentation and principal layouts, preparation of specifications for order of the equipment and assembly materials
9) Participate in commissioning works
10) Participate in testing of the ready program product (Input/Output Test)
11) Eliminate faults in operation of control systems of technological processes
12) Conduct the required training for the Customer upon request (Initial Training)
13) Business-travel (about 75% work time)
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education (technical field)
- English - high level (technical)
- At least 3 years of working with automatic systems in the industry and minimum 1 year with the processing equipment in the food industry
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of programming SIMATIC and AB PLC’s, Intouch, WinCCflex
- Knowledge and experience of working with “electrical” documentation
- Technical knowledge and experience of working with basic automatic systems
- Knowledge of production processes for liquid and viscous products
- Communicative, accurate, responsible, customer-oriented, able to work independently
