Large multinational innovative pharmaceutical company is looking for a candidate for the position of Access Manager in Russia

Reporting to: Senior Access Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Understanding of the medicine reimbursement/purchasing environment in Russia
· Analysis of the complete medicines reimbursement/purchasing environment and channels to assess opportunities and threats it represents for specific Therapeutic Area (TA) both at national and regional levels
· Understand different payer types involved in medicines purchasing - their roles and responsibilities
· In-depth understanding of payer needs
· Drive strong cross-functional leadership related to Access with Brand Managers, Government Relations Managers, Pharmaco-Economic Specialists, Commercial, Medical and Sales teams to develop the access strategy for individual brand
· Development of access programs/tools aligned with strategy in close cooperation with Access team members
· Implementation of robust regional prioritization and close cooperation with all members of the Access team to deliver access objectives
· Development and ongoing evaluation of Brand Access metrics with regular reviews at Brand cross-functional meetings and Access Forums and recommended actions to be taken if necessary
· Ongoing communication with KAM team related to key access information updates, access performance as well as ensuring KAM requests are addressed
· Continuously evaluate and analyze brands access performance
· Ensure all programs/materials are developed in line with SOPs and Ethics and Compliance standards and necessary approvals are granted from Business, Legal and Compliance perspectives
· Ensure all relevant trainings are done in a timely fashion. Understand and live Compliance culture
· Responsible for several products
· Responsible for marketing budget related to Access objectives
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
· Work experience in Marketing, Brand Management
· Proven leadership abilities, people management is desirable
· Work experience in Sales/Regional access or healthcare system is a strong advantage
· MBA degree is a plus
· Understanding of the Russian Healthcare Environment, medicines reimbursement/purchasing processes and channels
· Knowledge in Marketing and Brand Management
· Ability to lead others to drive the end result
· Fluent English (both written and oral)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong presentation, analytical and forecasting skills
