Our client - international pharmaceutical company - opens a position of Business Planner.
The role:
Organization and maintenance of continuous process of monthly business planning concerning the regular analysis and updating of sales forecast in sum and quantitative equivalent with adequate distribution by product positions.
Analysis of fact sales results relevant to forecasts prepared beforehand, deviations analysis.
Integration point to the sales and commercial organization concerning forecasting activities.
Responsibilities:
Verification of forecasts keeping the right balance between statistical ground and marketing assumptions. BP key role is to judge the arguments of both filtering out the most reliable and logical scenarios.
Be proficient in financial techniques not only to be used for scenario analysis but also to forecast P&L impact of the agreed plans and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders.
To communicate effectively in order to influence people of different mindsets (e.g. marketing and logistics) with bullet-proof logic and strong analytical output.
Use and maintain Demand planning software
Preparation of the company's financial sales plan for the current year and sales plan for the nest 24 months
Requirements:
Experience in pharma/FMCG/retail is a must
Strong leadership skills
Higher education in economics
MBA in Marketing is desirable
3+ years related experience
Good communication and team building skills
Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues
Upper-intermediat/Fluent English
