Our client - leading telecommunication company - requires Solution Consultant (Voice)
Responsibilities:
· Identifies, analyzes, and resolves moderately complex problems with business communication systems.
· Self-directed, requires only occasional direction by a more senior resource.
· Contributes significantly to client satisfaction and interfaces with clients with defined tasks.
· Presents technical issues to small groups and writes descriptions of their work.
· Manages multiple priorities and assists Associate Consultants in organizing work. Provides updates on project responsibilities and dependencies.
· Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria.
· Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
· The Consultant is increasingly mastering a confident balance between deep technical expertise across multiple products and strong interpersonal selling and consultative skills
· Due to technical depth and experience with a customer’s IT infrastructure and the capabilities and constraints of company's products, is able to design solutions that result in high customer satisfaction with minimal postsales support issues.
· The Consultant is often considered a very strong local generalist, as well as an expert in a specific subset of product capabilities.
Position Profile
· Education: University degree in telecommunications or computer sciences or equivalent.
· Multiple industry and vendor certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco or Genesys.
· Experience 4+ years-related experience.
· Demonstrable track record of sales engineering or consulting in general business or specific industries in sales support, solutions planning, Implementation and Operational background is required.
· Good presentation skill.
· Fluent English.
