Commercial Tool Training Manager
One of the leaders in consumer electronics market is looking for Commercial Tool Training Manager.
Responsibility:
· To ensure in collaboration with IT department the development and implementation of a Sales Automation system within Sales Force;
· To build the necessary process to train Sales people both on the field and in office;
· To monitor and ensure maintenance of all the tools dedicated to Sales Force (Sales Automation System, “Sales school” on-line training tool);
· To build training journey for new comers in order to ensure adequate level of training when new sales person is entering the company;
· To ensure regular adjustment of existing tools to meet reporting needs of head office in terms of follow up and monitoring of Distribution level (DN), Head of Gondola, pallet placement, secondary pallet placement, etc.;
· Ability to integrate changes in our brand and channel strategy and implication for retail in order to adjust and adapt tools consequently;
· To propose innovative approach to keep ahead of our competitors on Sales Force tools;
· To contribute and reinforce the level of our Sales Force as a key competitive advantage on Russian market.
Required qualifications and skills:
· Higher education;
· At least intermediate English skills (to communicate with expatriate Line Manager & with Head Office);
· Good knowledge and strong interest in IT (Computer, Internet, Intranet…);
· Good knowledge of our market, distribution and sales. Previous commercial experience is needed;
· Experience in training people;
· Good ability and eagerness to convince and to teach;
· Good ability to cross information between departments (Commercial, Marketing, IT…);
· Positive attitude, open-minded, responsible, variety-oriented, loyal to our products.
