The position
Construction Director
The client:
Our client - one of retail chains is looking for a construction director in Russia.
The role:
Controlling the organization of tenders to select contractors for the store building and construction works.
Monitoring executed negotiations with contractors on terms and conditions of the construction project.
Monitoring and controlling of technical documentation.
Controlling all the construction process and conformity of construction works to design choice. Controlling of working schedule.
Participating in working meetings with contractors on all stages of building.
Taking part in building acceptance process. Preparing list of warranty issues, control over its proper fixing.
Controlling quality and timely reconstruction of current stores.
Preparing project concepts and drawings for support of construction process of new stores and reconstruction of running stores.
The requirements:
Working experience from 10 years with retail construction
Knowledge of norms and rules of construction processes (in Russia).
Managerial experience
Russian language is a must. Intermediate English is enough.
