Position Summary
This position provides Service Account Management to written bespoke contracts both on a commercial and technical delivery basis as the regional lead for Russia-based organisations. The role holder will produce and drive tactical and strategic plans by partner to achieve targets/milestones of agreed on boarding plan for new Strategic partners and thereafter provide quality measurement reporting for established strategic partners delivering support. The role will include participation in projects relating to new pricing structures, review and development of Partner Programme requirements and partaking in global decisions related to Partner Programmes. The role holder will act as prime negotiator on behalf of Professional Services when directed to do so and meet face to face with strategic partner organisations and end customers when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Work with Services Director and VP Professional Services EMEA to provide structure and manage Strategic Alliance Partners Service Delivery obligations and requirements and to globalise Service Delivery Partner Programme.
Instigate new EMEA and Global Partner Programmes initiatives where appropriate.
Undertake process to audit Strategic Partners on a regular basis to ensure adherence to the services partner programme requirements. Where necessary, put in place action plans and drive service improvement programmes.
Act as key Service Escalation point for in region partners.
Provide reporting and Service input relating to Strategic Partners to enable business reviews to take place and to articulate understanding of remit of responsibility.
Represent Professional Services at Quarterly Business Reviews with Global Accounts.
Provide Contract overview information in central repository and be Service Lead for Strategic Alliance Partnerships in order that colleagues can understand the commercials and structure and Strategic Partner relationships
Qualifications
Likely to be from a vendor or channel services background, candidates should possess demonstrated management experience and/or account management experience
In addition to the above, background working in the Service Provider vertical highly desirable.
Goal orientated with excellent numeracy and communication skills.
Fluent Russian speaker.
