Real Estate Manager reports to Development Director.
Tasks and the responsibilities
Real Estate Manager is responsible for:
Follow up of the real estate market in retail segment: what is going to be built, where and by whom. What possibilities these developments could offer to the Company
Seeking new premises for Company’s brands
Studying the possible projects - analysis, market and demographic research to provide projects/cities/towns overview to brand managers and to advise the company management on the best market prices and conditions
Commercial terms negotiations with landlords, consultancy companies and developers
Rental rates renegotiations, rent deduction
Preparing contracts from tenants side for signing together with Company's legal department
Other responsibilities given by superiors and other miscellaneous duties within the frame of Real Estate Manager competency.
Traveling on business trips when needed
Maintaining positive working environment and cooperation level with colleagues from all units.
Developing of own knowledge and skills.
