Our client - Financial Software Provider is looking for consultants.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in the business as usual and project support: follow-up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone-calls and on-site visits
· Develop an understanding of ongoing activities and manage own deliverables / progress
· Participate in upgrades then perform upgrades for his/her stream and run the required regression testing
· Assist in build phases and client workshops: help in the preparation of the data base, questionnaire, gather documentation, write customized documentation
· Contribute to the scope and design phase of a stream
· Build, deliver and deploy solutions for client
· Coordinate small projects
· Prepare regularly internal and external standard training material in his/her area, help writing the associated documentation
· Work on an internal product evolution stream
· Conduct training sessions, participate in the design/development of training materials/documentation in the area(s) of his/her domain
Qualification:
· 2 to 5 years experience
· Strong background in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, science or technology
