Our client - International manufacturing company specialized in Analytical equipment, Spectrometers and Metallography equipment looking for General Manager locates in Moscow and subordinates to Europe.
Main tasks are:
· Development of the company’s sales strategy in Russia
· Building up successful customer relationships
· The creation and maintenance of an optimal and cost effective sales organization in the company and dealer organization
· Coordination and realization of international business development strategy
The requirements for the role are:
· Russian, and must speak Russian and English fluently;
· Knowledge of Russian and international work culture
· Technical education (engineering, physics, chemistry), with additional education in economy or business administration (ideally, MBA acquired abroad)
· Commercial profile, with current position as Commercial Director, Operations Director or General Manager and experience of managing sales, support and administrational staff
· Work experience in key account management of big B2B accounts, ideally multi industry experience including metallurgy + related industry and the food processing industries
· Experience in building a retaining and building team
· Strong business development skills to grow existing client accounts as well as new clients in the FMCG food and non food industry
· Mobility to travel across the CIS countries as well to European locations
· Very good communication and networking skills, strong leader, strong planning skills, hands-on and result oriented
· Experience in working in a matrix structure and different cultural backgrounds
