Our client, a leading retailer, is looking for a C&B Director
C&B Director assures company offers competitive C&B packages to the employees. Coordinates the compliance to Russian Labor Legislation. Coordinates and controls activities on the developing and implementing compensation & benefits system.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain of the overall wage and salary systems and benefit programs
· Formulates policies and procedures on C&B topics; recommends changes to ensure the maintenance of the company’s compensation objectives in line with HR strategy
· Provides HR director with market data and comparison analysis from the Russian market based on salary survey reports and other sources approved. Analyzes and tunes the Total Remuneration System of the company in order to be in line with the market and follow Company Total Reward Strategy
· Develop and upgrade Performance Management
· Is fully in charge of effective cooperation with C&B services providers; conducts competitive bidding to improve both effectiveness and cost
· Makes sure HR initial documentation flow is acc. to law and internal company’s regulation
· Overseas the internal company’s regulations and procedures to ensure their compliance with the Labor Legislation
· Regularly and proactively monitors labor legislation and updates the superior and management team
· Successfully manages the direct reporting team by making sure they have their development plans and their roles and responsibilities are split effectively
Requirements:
· High-level professional in C&B, HR Admin, Payroll areas with a wide experience
· 3+ years managerial/senior experience
· Analytical skills
· Upper-Intermediate English
· Customer Focus
