Our client, an international company (b2b) is looking for HR Generalist:
Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
· Recruitment of all permanent and temporary positions;
· Training needs analysis and cooperation with training providers;
· development of corporate training program;
· Promotion employee effectiveness and development;
· Facilitation of annual year-end appraisal process and annual salary review ;
· Coordination of targets-setting process and KPI update;
· Supervision of HR Specialist’s work to ensure hr administration according to Russian Labour legislation;
· Delivery of induction program and full integration of new employees;
· Preparation of information for payroll;
· Facilitating of management meetings, general-staff meetings and other corporate team-building events;
· Exit interviews.
Requirements:
· Fluent English;
· Higher education, preferably with HR or psycology secialization;
· Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist/Manager;
· Experience with modern HR tools;
· Knowledge of Russian Labour legislation.
