Our client, a European production company is looking for HR Manager Russia:
· Assure that all HR administration and payroll is correctly performed according to company policies and legal requirements
· Recruitment and selection
· Training and development
· Monitor proper execution and payment of bonus schemes
· Follow-up of all changes in social legislation and correct implementation of all legal requirements
· Support Group HR in reporting and being SPOC for all HR related matters in Russia
· Succession planning
· Monitoring of personnel cost
· Managing social audits
· Assist quality department in obtaining and sustaining certificates
· Setup and follow-up of strategies in compensation and benefits
· Support the local and group management in all local HR issues
· Assure that all local and group HR policies are implemented correctly.
· Think actively on how the HR services can be improved
· Follow-up of all social litigation
· Monitor and manage the yearly evaluations
· HR reporting to the management
· Actively participate in the management meetings
· All other HR related matters
· Higher education degree
· At least 5 years of HR experience in multinational company (production experience is a plus)
· Fluency in Russian and English
· Excellent knowledge of social legislation
· A strong hands-on mentality
· Flexible and open-minded
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
