Responsibilities:
•HR management for Company
•Рroviding an HR general service to the business
•Рoviding tactical day-to-day HR support (control) including recruitment, trainings, C&B, HR administration and payroll
•Managing HR budget
•To be a member of the Management Team of the company
•To deploy the overall HR strategy in close partnership with Senior Management
•To lead all HR efforts for the development: recruitment at all levels, defining appropriate policies for training and development, reward, performance management and retention in line with the business goals
•To build together with your Senior Management colleagues a performance and team oriented culture
•To deploy the Corporate HR management systems to support the business
•To deliver maximum HR services in an efficient and qualitative way
•To create a safe working environment based on respect for people
•To assure effective communication programs for full involvement of all people
•To coordinate and manage all HR Department
•Very good labour legislation knowledge, fluent English
