Our client, a big international company providing products, engineering services and reservoir expertise for oil&gas is looking for Managing Director for Moscow office.
Responsibilities:
-Develops and implements marketing and sales strategy on behalf of the company to ensure continued growth of the company's products and services within the Region.
-Maximizes revenue and profitability through execution of strategies, utilizing the global resources and strength of the company.
-Develops and maintains relationships with major oil and gas producing companies , oilfield service companies, and the appropriate government ministries
-Monitor development activity in major production areas within the Region to formulate appropriate strategies for the sale of the company’s products and services.
-Attract, hire, train and retain appropriate human resources for execution of sales, marketing and related administrative activities.
-Manages and oversees the staff responsible for Sales and Marketing, Business Development, and other strategic business activities within the region.
Requirements:
-15+ years of increasingly responsible experience in a production environment which included supervisory experience.
- 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in a production environment which included supervisory experience.
- relevant experience in oil&gas
- Fluent English and Russian
