The Primary Objectives of the overlay sales leader
· Develop sells of Data and Video products and service of the area.
· Develop channels for the Area
· Support local sales team.
· Provides assistance and/or escalation with different customer problems, channel conflict, and participates in important negotiations with key customers
· Assists in planning sales strategy and training/coaching field sales associates.
· The Overlay Sales leader must have a proven track record selling in Data or Video solutions into a number of different verticals as well as a relevant experience in team leadership on both direct and overlay mode.
· You must be driven, ambitious and energetic and it is imperative that you have been regularly overachieving against targets and have a demonstrable track record of high earnings achievement.
· Proven Track record in IT Self Motivated and Entrepreneurial.
A self-driven team player who is able to build strong relations with local sales team, customers and partners.
