Key Responsibilities:
- Managing construction process in European part of Russia
- Representing and supporting company as a client to other parties in construction process
- Supervising the compliance issues on all stages of construction process, ensuring all permitting work is done properly in all stages of the project
- Ensuring the construction is agreed with all municipal bodies and organizations
- Preparing the “go-live” documentation for the project
- Organizing tenders for general contractors
- Coordinating the process of choosing sub-contractors, providing control over the quality of performed works
- Ensuring the completion of deadlines by sub-contractors in all stages of the construction process
- Creating all necessary documents and procedures for Property Department’s work
- Preparing strategic and tactical action plans
- Working out the reaction plans upon completion of construction process
Key Relationships:
- Regularly interaction with the General Manager on construction progress, providing all the necessary documentation and performance graphs
- Prompt and direct interaction with the team at Property Department engaged in the construction process
- Regular interaction with Contractors, Sub-Contractors
Knowledge Requirements:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: commercial construction, civil construction, industrial construction
- Substantial experience of working in construction department within a western company
- Demonstrated detailed understanding of all aspects of the construction process, knowledge of the document flow
- Experience of obtaining all necessary permits in subsequent municipal bodies of Moscow and regional cities
- Tender coordination experience
- Ability to create and produce technical assignments
