Our client, a well-known B2B company (construction materials), is looking for a Sales Manager for Moscow office with technical affinity and growth potential.
Major Responsibilities:
· Prepares and implements a sales & marketing plan for targeted markets and projects in order to grow the sales and profits of the entity on medium term.
· Is responsible for the P&L of the entity and reports to the Sales Manager CE Europe.
· Grows the business in terms of turnover, volume, market share through active prospection, prescription & follow-up of tenders and project leads.
· Starting from the risk assessment and the definition of the security levels to the delivery and installation of the complete project, the most appropriate solution for each situation will be developed by our teams. Your role will primarily be to sell projects by proposing a complete project solution for our client’s in Russia, Byelorussia and Ukraine. You built close relations and data base with key regional end users, consultants, decision makers from the building industry, contractors, government and engineer offices.
· Through your knowledge of local customers and after an accurate analysis, you develop tailor-made perimeter solutions based on a total approach, together with a project team based in Europe.
· You propose, develop, implement and monitor sales objectives Russia to be confirmed; this action will be carried on in full cooperation and support with local agent or distributor.
· Coordination of project tracking report for the Russia is also key in your job. You will be responsible for careful customer guidance and follow-up, using all the skills within the company organization (engineering, sales, production, quality, and logistics).
· Follows up the credit situation of customers and stimulates all necessary actions in order to ensure that invoices are paid on a timely basis.
· Follows up the quality and progress of project installation and invoicing.
· You are supported by a small team of 1 internal sales, 1 bookkeeper and warehouse employee.
Requirements:
· 2 to 3 years experience in selling projects. Proven to be a professional in sales, good negotiator and capable of achieving good business results.
· You have a university education (an engineering degree would be an advantage).
· Strong affinity with technical products and the construction market.
· You are very focused on commercial results and grow oriented.
· You have good analytical skills to analyze market and client information.
· You are ready to travel all over the Region.
· You have very good organizational skills for the follow-up of the projects and to keep the focus on the main targets.
· Networking & hunting is your second nature.
· You have a communicative knowledge of English, both spoken and written
