Candidate testing
Our main goal is to choose for your company the employee who best meets your work requirements and is able to integrate into the team successfully. As a complement to the selection process we can also test candidates according to the Thomas system and provide you with their Personal Profile Analysis. This helps us to make a deeper assessment of a candidate’s personality in a changing environment. Additional consultancy services can be provided by certified Antal Russia consultants if needed.
Thomas the system is designed specifically for the needs of business and is easy and quick to use (the entire testing process takes 8-10 minutes), has a high rate of accuracy (88.49%), is economical, objective and produces honest answers from candidates rather than those they feel they are expected to give. Testing is available in different languages.
A Personal Profile Analysis allows you to assess behaviour in the workplace, stress and its possible causes, strengths, factors of self motivation, potential for further development, areas for improvement and the preferred working environment.
Contract Recruitment and Temporary Staffing
Whilst the majority of recruitment in Russia is permanent (i.e., clients offer employees an ‘open’ contract), some companies are now realising the benefits of hiring people on a contract (i.e., time-restricted) basis. Should you require temporary staffing solutions we are able to offer candidates across different professional areas to work on temporary projects.
Implant (Onsite) Recruitment
Implant recruitment services are often required from companies launching operations within the domestic market, organisations passing through a period of modernization or restructuring, the launch of a new business line or expansion of existing business and opening of new production sites etc. This type of services suits well when it is required to optimise recruitment processes or fill a number of vacancies within a short period of time.
An implant recruiter - in this case, an experienced Antal Russia consultant - would work in the client’s office (onsite) and closely co-operate both with HR department and line management. They would manage the work of the Antal Russia project team consisting of consultants specialized on various professional disciplines or would co-ordinates the work of external service providers for an effective solution to meet the clients' needs.
Implant recruitment allows a reduction in the time taken to fill vacancies from several months to several weeks. It can reduce recruitment costs, build an effective co-operation with a service provider and provide objective assessment and consulting regarding cost and processes optimisation.
Interim Management
We help companies to find high level managers in roles such as CFO, IT Director and Marketing Director to work on interim bases which can be utilised as a cost-effective alternative to Management Consultants. Interim Managers are typically used as a resource to help companies undergoing change, implementing specific projects or to fill a crucial management gap.
Outstaffing
If your organisation is not in a position to hire a candidate directly (i.e., you do not have a legal entity set up in Russia yet, or there is a headcount freeze), Antal Russia is able to hire candidates to work on projects thanks to our outstaffing service.
This service fully legal and complies completely with the Russian authorities. We take all responsibility for workflow management as well as compensation and benefits administration including tax withholding and social cost issues, helping your HR and Accounting departments.
Outplacement
Should you be looking to release one or more employees from your business (i.e., through restructuring of the business), Antal Russia offers an outplacement service whereby we would act as consultants to prepare the employee to be in the strongest possible position to find his/her new employment.

Antal Russia offers a bespoke salary survey whereby we provide the information that you need for a particular purpose. Unlike ‘off the shelf’ surveys which are of limited value, we will find you the results that you need to solve your problem – we don’t just provide you with raw data from a random group of companies, but rather discuss with you which firms are of importance, which positions and narrative regarding salary trends, as well as employee benefits.
