“Perspektiva” helps disabled persons find a job. Starting in 2003, the organization provides the following services:
- Consulting on labour law, finding opportunities, preparation for job placement;
- Conducting job fairs;
- Publishing reference books; consultations and trainings for employers
During the last 3 years, “Perspektiva” has helped more than 600 disabled people find a job.

“Sphera Ekologii” works within waste recycling. The company helps to organize and optimize a process of a separate waste collection and utilization.
The interaction process is quite simple. For example, we have special boxes for waste paper in Antal Russia office. When we collect a large volume of waste paper, the representatives of “Sphera Ekologii” pick them up from our office and dispatch it for recycling.
