All newcomers pass the induction training where they are introduced to our standards of work and recruitment methodology. We conduct training aimed to develop different skills. In addition to external trainers, we utilize experienced Antal Russia employees so they may share their experience to offer solutions based on their personal experience. Senior managers usually take part in training organized at the Group head office.
